NOOOOO! To fake plants!

I will say this until the day I die - No fake plants! They shouldn’t even exist in the first place. If we humans can create a human life, invent unimaginable things then why in the frick are we using fake plants?! Im just gonna say it, we are overworked and thus, lazy. But I still cant find a reason as to why this would be something we even consider. I will continue to list the reasons why you shouldn’t have fake plants in your home or office or wherever:

  1. Because you shouldn’t

  2. Thats it

Don't look at them too long or you'll get bad luck.

Why would you do such a thing to yourself. They even come in glued to these horrible plastic pots. You could find nice artificial plants of course but only do so if you reaaaally don't have the time for them.

An alternative are real plants!! wow what a shock but really, NASA even has a list of plants that clean your air! Yes you read right. With covid closing us indoors we are causing ourselves to feel down and out of energy, plants actually have the energy to clean the air overnight and better our health.

Low-light-requiring houseplants, along with activated carbon plant filters, have demonstrated the potential for improving indoor air quality by removing trace organic pollutants from the air in energy efficient buildings.

I mean must I say more?

If you’ve ever been at the ocean or in a forest you know what fresh air gives and how it makes you feel. What can be better than that? Definitely not fake plants they don’t even have the rights to exist.

Real plants are just that, they are REAL. They are alive and all they need from you is a little love and water and some sunlight. Some are really cute and you can find ones that aren't even green but black or blueish green. I Here are some easy plants that are easy to take care of and simplified NASA air purifying list:

But in my experience, the easiest plant to take care of is the golden pothos. It literally grows anywhere, doesn't even need sunlight so it can basically grow in a corner far away from a window (with sense of course it needs some light). In my last post you can see it grow in the corner on my wardrobe, but it is all over my house. PLUS its very easy to prune! I cut off a piece put it in water and BAM a whole new plant that grows like crazy and isn't a drama queen.

So please invest your money into a normal real plant that actually does something for you and the environment. This livens up your interior and mood in the space trust me...
